A plan is a pool of CPU and RAM that all your VMs share, plus disk and traffic. Prices are per month in euros; VAT is added at checkout.
7-day free trial, card required, cancel anytime. The trial is 1 vCPU, 1 GiB, 2 VMs, 100 GB disk and 10 GB traffic. billing subscribe personal-2 prints the checkout link. personal-2 (€15/mo) starts when the trial ends, unless you cancel.

Past the traffic allowance, VMs slow down until the next month. Nothing extra is billed. Your VMs' disks add up to at most the plan's disk.
